The QH unit is operated to support the Animal Science degree programs at CA State Univ. Fresno. Completely run by students, the QH unit maintains a herd of about 80 horses, raises 20+ foals/year & stands 4 stallions to public service. Quality mare care and transported semen are offered. The QH unit has been breeding QH for over 40 years and has a reputation for producing well bred, well started horses for perf. events & ranch work. Visitors & prospective students are always welcome.
